  • Ceylon cinnamon is a spice made from the ground inner bark of a tree native to Sri Lanka, which once was known as Ceylon. The quils have a refined sweet, almost-floral aroma It has a warm floral note with hints of heat and honeyed fruit like the best cinamon roll you ever had.
  • Directly from certified organic fields in Sri lanka where they are made by artisans in a 100 procent natural environment, our organic cinnamon sticks add great spice to meats, baked goods and drinks.
  • Cinnamon is used mainly as an aromatic condiment and flavouring additive in a wide variety of cuisines, sweet and savoury dishes, breakfast cereals, snackfoods, tea and traditional foods. Perfect for curries, teas and cakes, we know many bakers, gourmet chefs and baristas who use ours.
  • Cinnamomum verum, or Ceylon cinnamon, is considered "true" cinnamon compared to other species in the same genus, and not to be mistaken for cassia cinnamon which is of lower quality. The flavour of Ceylon cinnamon is much more delicate, improving the other flavours instead of overpowering them.
  • We are very glad to have found this organic top quality product, directly from the kindest farmers, it's an honor and a blessing to work with people so passionate about what they do.

Flavours So Deep, It’s Ridiculous

When we tell you about our artisanal, organic herbs, would you mind if we stopped at a single sentence?

If all we told you was this:

Our herbs and spices help you to cook food that’s ridiculously delicious.

Or would you need to hear more? Would you want us to describe the deep, rich flavours that specially grown herbs can impart to every dish?

Would you want to know more about the deep savoury richness of Italian oregano as it releases delicious oils into a ragu? The way that the subtle warmth of Korean ginger spreads first throughout a dish, and then across your taste buds? Or how the delicate touch of French thyme, the citrus whisper of Vietnamese lemongrass or the gentle aromas of organic dill can lift and transform your dishes?

Or would you not mind what we said, as long as you can taste the difference that our herbs and spices provide?

We know that these ingredients are all about flavour, and we believe that the best flavours come from the best herbs grown in the best conditions.

That’s why we searched every corner of the earth to find farmers who respect traditions, growers who understand the soil and artisans who know that hand-picking herbs might take time, but it delivers unbelievable quality.

We found the best 100% organic herbs and spices, grown in the best locations by the best farmers. And we’re bringing them to you.

But all you need to know is that these ingredients create food that’s ridiculously delicious.
